AW1600 with SSD works!!

For those who own the AW1600 recorder and dislike the HDD noise:
SSD = Ultimate solution (NO noise at all)

I equiped my AW with the OZC Vertex2 60GB SSD....and love the silence and speed. The only extra piece of electronics needed is a IDE to SATA interface board, plug&play, use the latest updater file on a CD and ready!! (total costs around € 100,-)

That's awesome information. The last thing you want with a digital recorder is some noisy components.
