ADAT to Laptop transfer

I have an ADAT XT and the ADAT/Edit pci card in my pc. I have recently aquired a laptop w/ windows ME. Since there is no place to install a pci card on the laptop i cannot transfer digital audio from the ADAT to the laptop. Is there an interface that will serve this function? The laptop has ethernet, USB, and an S/PDIF port. Thanks for any info you may have.
