I'm in Lakeville (nw Connecticut, 2.2 hrs fron NYC..)
for next 4-6 weeks, then in Miami. If you are a reasonable
distance from either I'd really appreciate it.

You're about 2hrs from the US distributors (Bell Douvox) in Valley Cottage, NY 10989 where you can swing by and demo both. If you want more of a variety (Korg PA1X, Roland G70, Yamaha Tyros2) for comparison purposes PLUS the Ketron SD5, you could stop by my lab in Phili and I could help you out ... you're now looking at a 4hrs. drive though ....
