Ketron Audya 5 Harddisk to SSD

I have a problem for my KETRON Audya 5 and there is information in the website but I need more help for my problem. I want to change my ketron audya 5 hard disk to ssd but I have a problem in that time. I copied all files with a program but it didn’t work. I got an "init phase error" and I read the topic and they said try to copy with one by one (manual on pc). I tried that too but that also didn’t work. I need help please. Best regards...
