Sd90 pic&movie

When I select a registration - the lyric button turns on a an image (pic) is displayed. How do I disable or stop the pic from being displayed upon selection of the registration?

Registration is 'linked' to that picture.
Either
1. Delete the picture.
2. Reload the registration. It won't 'find' the picture so link will be broken.
3. Re-save the registration now (without link).
4. Restore the picture for future use

OR

1. Create a new Registration with similar features as the old but DO NOT LINK to any file.
