Download an *.ins file for Cakewalk and SD40

A couple of months ago we released an ins file for using Cakewalk with an SD1000. We have gone back and updated that file, and we are now offering an ins file for Cakewalk and your SD40. This version supports the base SD40. We plan to come back with a second version that will add support for the AJAMSonic SD40 and also add support for the Style section.
