SD90 Style Demos

We were able to get our hands on a new AJAMSonic SD90 to record a few demos. Just put the first one up. A style called "Fast Samba"

We had a request to do some Polka Demos. While we were looking for some voices and styles for that we were messing around with various Accordion voices and came up with this:

Here’s something a little different. Not every tune has to be up-tempo. We found a style called “Strings & Piano,” on the SD90 and sure enough, there are no percussion tracks in the style. Simply Piano and Strings just as the name suggests. That allowed us to play a melody line with String, Oboe, and Violin voices.

Urban Jazz 1 is a style from the AJAMSonic Style Pack collection. A very nice laid back style. We only used one voice for a short melody line with the factory voice called Blues Harp.

We have one more for today. This time two styles that work well together. R&Blues1 and R&Blues2. We used a handful of Saxes for the lead line. Both styles and the voices are all "Factory".

What do you play to a style called "Yes Lord"? What about an up-tempo version of Amazing Grace?

Here's a twist. We turned down all the parts in the style except the drum track, played our own bass line added a piano and muted trumpet and came up with this.

Hi would it be possible to hear some country styles and some rock & roll please?

We will give that definite "Maybe." Give us a day or so to poke around and listen to a few styles and see if we can come up with something.

You might like it you might not?? We are talking about the "Riff" feature found in some of the styles. Here's an example using a couple Funk styles that do have Riff programmed in:

Just in case folks don't care for "Funk" styles we are doing a couple more demos of styles that have the "Riff" feature. This time we went with a style called Soka-R.

Hey Mozzer,

We did record a couple of styles for you today. Hang in there for another day or two while we merge the audio and video tracks together. Might/Might not be what you are looking for but at least we gave it a shot! Either way, we welcome your comments or comments from anyone else following along.

One more demo showing the "Riff" feature. This time a style called "Blues-R". Stick around past the ending for a comparison between variation "A" and "D" if you aren't sure what the whole "Riff" thing is about.

I'll add the same comment I had on the country style demos from a few days ago - You might like it, you might not. Either way, we would love to hear your feedback. Positive or negative- It's the only we can improve and get better.
