I can't find a MIDI Implementation Chart for the SD40 anywhere. The Ketron Sd40 Table PDF file contains a lot of info except for a full MIDI implementation chart. The Ketron website doesn't have it. As much as I like Ketron sounds, it is pathetic. If I remember correctly, even the SD2/SD4 has a MIDI implementation chart.....
