Can anyone help please. I want to know how to change a midi file to a style. Can I do this using style works?

Yes EMC styleworks will do it as well as most keyboards today (style composer option)
They all basically convert a SMF to a generic pattern... then you always need to fine tune the style..It is as simple as selecting a section of the SMF to a style section..
