Recomendation new SSD Audya

Hi, does anybody can recomend me a SSD for my Audya, should I buy Sandisk, Crucial... Is the Audya also working with the new generation of SSD? I got an old crucial m500 @ home, is this one good working with my Audya?

I bought mine from AJ, loaded with his Ajamsonic upgrade. It came with full instructions, and was a big improvement over my old HDD.

I did it, my crucial works fine, i cloned the hdd with sector copy. This evening I played a gig with it - wonderful.

From what I can remember the Audya have IDE connection so No standard SATA connection
