I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE THIS WITH EVERYONE---I CAN NOW FINALLY SLEEP WELL AFTER A FEW HOURS OF HARD WORK REPAIRING THE HHD AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE CREDIT GOES TO AJ AND WOULD LIKE TO THANK HIM SO MUCH,WITH OUT HIM THIS WOULDNT HAVE BEEN ACOMPLISHED.
TO ADD TO THAT WHO WOULD HAVE GONE OUT OF THERE WAY AT 10PM USA TIME TO TAKE SEVERAL OF MY PHONE CALLS IN HIS PRIVATE TIME TO DETECT THE PROBLEM AND EXPLAIN AND GIVE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GO ABOUT THE REPAIR ALSO SENDING ME SYSTEM FILES ON THE MINUTE WITHOUT TAKING NO AS A ANSWER KNOWING HOW URGENT I NEEDED THE PERAIR CAUSE OF 3 WEDDING GIGS I HAD COMING UP ON THE WEEKEND,THANKS AGAIN AJ

I too want to join in this praise for AJ. I am now a Ketron SD7 owner for 2 years and without AJ's help and advice I would probably not have learned how to make the best use of the keyboard. He has answered phone calls and emails promptly and has spent a lot of time helping. We are very lucky to have him.

I have always said it since I first contacted AJ, that he is the real Ketron, he always answers the doubts we have while the brand from Italy ignores us, I do not know him personally but I have already told him many Sometimes I thank him that I am and my Audya works better thanks to him.

AJ is special. I have met him and and heard him demo Ketron products on a number of occasions. A wonderful friend. That is why he is a forum moderator here at Synth Zone.

No musician should be left stranded with his/her gear ... especially if contact is made to the manufacturer(s) or distributor(s) - else, what's the point? What's their valid excuse not to offer help/service?
