Nothing in the new update!!!
I am NOT HAPPY!!!! I asked ketron italy about a new software update with the possibility to use msp as drumset and more than 32 msp at the same time(like audya 5 turkish os) and i received an email (since more than one years).
This email notify that this features will be soon release for all audya serie.

I will backup jazzou on this one,yes it took ages for an update and when we got one we got nothing, they mentioned they fixed some minor anomalies but there is no list to show what was fixed so I don't know if I should believe that, now at the moment I have problems with my audya 5 bogging down, meaning changing from style to style as its playing or selecting styles extremely very slow,so that means my hhd cannot handle it anymore, looks like too many loops that's why we need our own drumkits samples,i have ordered a ajamsonic ssd and we will see how that goes, and not to forget to mention I struggle to get email replys from aj,not happy at all with that, they don't realize that I need a keyboard that's works I play serious gigs I am not a bedroom performer, all I have got to say folks this the first time in awhile to jump on the forum and see whats talked about cause I am slowly giving up,sick of nagging to answer to email replys, sick of they say on thing and then they do other, maybe its time for me to hook my korg up to a 10 out,s sound card and run it thru kontakt with crazy vst instruments

I'm shocked I'm so glad I sold mine.
Instead of listening to their customers needs
They just keep making the same mistakes.
Totally embarrassing!!!!

There is someone who has updated their Audya to 5.4b and can give their opinion, one of the things that I still have fear in my life is to update the Audya, you never know if it will be good or bad, I prefer 10 horror movies at a time They are blinking the keyboard lights and know if it will work.

9 years since its introduction and KETRON are still looking after their Audya customers...In my opinion that is remarkable.

It has been my observation that Ketron rarely discontinue a product, they will keep making them as long as demand is there. However, I suppose at some point new features must stop as the developers concentrate on new projects. I think at this stage, expecting Ketron to introduce completely new features, particularly ones that will only by used by a minority is unreasonable. If Ketron are able to implement major updates without affecting the stability of the Operating System... of course I will be very happy.

Which "new features" are you referring to, regarding the Audya product? They messed up with the latest version of the OS, for not being able to manage the Fills and Breaks when using audio drums.
9 years, so nicely said, they're looking after their customers... When all you do in 9 years is struggling to correct your own errors, I'd hardly call this a customer oriented attitude, but a lack of proficiency and a waste of resources.
How many more years to wait until we can write some styles inside the keyboard without fearing that it will come up with an error in the middle of the process?
Time is money for everyone on this planet...
