Back when I had the HDD I had no problem getting a USB connection for backup. Now, with the SSD, I get no "Connected" sign on my Audya screen. I don't know if the update has anything to do with my problem, but I tried different cords, and procedures with no effect on anything.

Are you sure the Audya USB port is not set to MIDI?

Press menu then select midi then utility and then F6
Usb midi on or off
