Audya 4 Module little bit of lead

Hi folks, any way you could do a little lead even for 2/3 seconds with the Audya 4 module and a midi guitar setup?. I have the sustain pedal system but just curious if theses a setting that might allow it?. I had a Gem before and it let me play a little lead
