Msp error audya 5

Hi to all and if anyone can help pls,
I have have created a auto load of about 8 msp was working fine for a year and now i get 2 or 3 msp corupted and funny thing is eg if the corupted msp was loaded 2nd in the auto list and the other msp was in 5th in auto list i can load the same 2 or 3 msp that where corupted in at a empty slot and they work fine but they wont work in where originaly where they where loaded in 2nd and 5th in the list and some times it comes up with msp error and the ketron audya 5 freezes and need to power up again any suggestions

maybe its bad sectors on the HDD try to connect the audya to your pc and chkdsk

Yes i tryed but did not do much i did chkdsk and said did not find a problem then i did a scan and repair and come back with finding one error and removed it then loaded that msp in the second slot where it had the error but the msp in the lower keys still come up with a mixed up sample from another sample so then i loaded the same msp in another slot and all the samples are fine so it is really confusing maybe its time for a hard fresh format of the hard drive i dont know
