Problem upgrade Apple Software

Hello Everybody

Good morning I have a problem with the Ketron SD7 it is no longer recognized by the upgrade of Apple OSX El Capitan version 10.11.02
I can not backup when I go to Media and then PC CONNECT push does not respond to this apple
Normal additional disk must be visible

How can we fix this because this is not easy

Did you try to use another usb cable?

I try This same cable in a other Computer but this is a Windows PC WINDOWS 10

and this working perfect but i do everything on my"n iMac Apple so

i hope maybe someone who can help me

Here is what I did.
1. Backup Imac and MacBook Pro
2. Reset Both and re-install ORIGINAL
Operating systems on both.
3. Install OS UPDATES to get back to
The one I wanted.

Done.
