Lost Ajam sound and Setting

Hi. Last night my Audya 4 got hang up (Rhythm keep playing, and no way I could stop it), so I turn off the switch. After I turn back on, Audya lost all Ajam sound, lost all my setting, and also lost all my Program sound (look like it goes back to Factory setting). How can I get back Ajam Sound and my setting (I save my setting to Custom Start Up). Many Thanks.

When you switch off, don't switch back on straight away, wait for a good 30 secs.
