Trying To get Signal Out Through Headphones

Can some kind person tell me how to get a signal out through the headphones of my Audya.
My normal Main Out 'right & left' goes to my amp but I want to plug my headphones into the headphone socket of the Audya and send that to a recording program.

Menu/Keyboard Control/Utility/Headphone To Output 3&4. I have never done it but it looks like the answer to me.

I tried that through outputs 3 & 4 via utility but no go.
Just wondering about the USB connection at the back of the Audya
to a mixer then to a recording device.

I think that is for upgrade data only. Go to Menu/Outputs and make sure it is on.

I had no problem recording from headphone outs back when I had an Audya. Be sure the output is turned on.
