With Touch Screen Display, 61 keys, Factory Audio Styles (without Audio Guitar), Sampler and more...

Its not an updated audya... My best guess is that its a model meant to compete with psr s950 and PA900. ... Middle of the road, having no audio guitars is one of those things indicating this for me....

And i don think those specs are even close to the actuall specs..

No audio guitars?That is the BIG PLUS from Ketron keyboard.
They have the research from the Audya,regrettably.
With the audio guitars on board it is an killer and the best board on this planet.

this was meant to replace the SD5,

to keep price low, i assume they left out something, audio guitars,

otherwise, it would replace the Audya, and be more $$

i just hate speakers on a "professional" arranger.

this SD7 could be at least 2 lbs lighter if you removed the speakers

why not do another version without speakers, just the casing would change a little,

I guess that the price is about 2000/2500,00 euro's.
Was yesterday in Frankfurt,sound is veeerrrryyyy good.
But replace my Audya?

It shall be available end of Mai / beginning of June 2015 ( ok, Ketron is known for exact timing ) and the price should be approximately 2.890 Euro !!!

Theese informations I just read ( heard in the german language interview ) at "www.bonedo.de"

How more i listen to the demo's,how more i love the SD 7,FULLY AUDIODRUMS,real drums,Tyros 5,eat your hart out,this is the real stuff,and the new brass section,wow.
Now we wait,hopefully end of may,begin june.

why would you replace your Audya with a keyboard that doesn't have audio guitars?

AND with a keyboard without audio bass guitars?

you will get only 1 of 3 , just the audio drums...

i will keep my Audya 5 :-)

Yes Leezone,no audio guitars and bass,but there is an complete new all sound engine on board( listen to the trumpets,brasses,strings,mandolines)and complete new hardware,faster software,the Audya is very good,but also slow in processing,
The sound is very good,and the intro's and endings they are this time finished with the audiodrums,and the Audya don't.
We'll see,first testing and than mayby.

i listened to most demos of SD-7
yes it is nice to have some new lead sounds,

the LEFT hand, accompaniment DEFINITELY is a BIG step down from the Audya
it's night and day, worse in SD-7 in my opinion,

the audio guitars, audio bass on AUDYA adds so much,

yes AUDYA is older as far as OS, hardware etc, but
i'd be crazy to "downgrade" to the SD-7,

now keep EVERYTHING the AUDYA has, update OS, hardware, specs, make it lighter, add new lead sounds as has SD-7,
THEN i will consider the upgrade :-)

Just so you know ... the SD7 isn't the new KETRON flagship. Audya series still is ... for a few more years and upgrades to come.

Very impressive sounds and styles! I hope the styles are 100% compatible with MJPro. I'm loving my MJPro more and more.
