key notes noisy

Hi,its not the first time that I bought an sd5,The problem his when I press a key and release quickly the white note rebounce many time and its sound plastic and this without volume.My dealer told me its was normal,I know that the technicien dont work at this place no more.
Ketron its a quality keyboard and I would like to resolve this problem please
