Midi Clock Sync

I'm trying to get my Audya 5 to sync with Ableton Live.

I'm using Ableton as the master and want the Audya to be the slave so I can sync.

Has anyone had luck doing this?

I've tried using the USB port and also the MIDI port using a M-Audio Uno.

I tried this with my audya ver 4.0.

Midi styles sync is ok

Styles with audio drums don't sync OK

Was this using the USB connection or the MIDI port going through a USB converter?

Got it to work using a MIDI <--> USB converter going into port 2 on the Audya.
