Why KETRON does not make good user manual? - 05/01/13 06:24 AM

Guys

Look into a Korg web site I saw they make a basic user manual when you buy their keyboard then another advance manual to download and the're up date too.

With Ketron Audya you has only a basic manual come with a keyboard and nothingelse.
Something like style create, registration, voice,drum.... you need to know more about Audya than you have NO answer at all.

This is why we have a full detailed complete DVD manual at www.Ajamsonic.com which answers most (if not all) your questions on the topics mentioned above ...+ more!

Check it out when free.

Without bias, AJ's DVD tutorials are worth a dozen manuals. The narrative and step by step screen shots make it interesting, as well as informative.

I am a fairly decent reader, but these DVD's cover a lot of ground in half the time.

Yes, I have to agree AJs DVD tutorial is very good, however that doesn't steer away from the fact that for an instrument of that price line do not come with a more friendlier user manual ...

AJ

Thanks for answer my question but this is NOT a manual i expect from KETRON. You worked for KETRON but this is your private business.

I bought an AUDYA for 4000 dollars and i still need to buy a DVD manual from somebody to understand more. It is not right.
Ketron need to look into this if they want their product good in US market or any place in the world.

Richards,

I understand. It's due to lack of the detailed manual requested that we were inspired to produce the DVD manual. Also, for many, watching is easier than reading - especially with a machine of this degree of complexity. But I once more understand your point.

Thanks

Korg seems to go to the other extreme. I downloaded and printed the manual for my PA500. 292 pages- filled a 2 1/2" binder in sleeves..

Ketron has very terrible manual, lack information. I bought Audya 4, connect to midi controller with midi cable and not working, manual book show nothing how to set up or do any setting. Luckily, this forum help me. If they have manual DVD for Audya, it must be FREE and include in the box.
