please lesson my outputs problem

hi friends, i have balance and tone problem with audya outputs.to explain, i made a short mp3 please lesson this..what problem can be?

i recorded directly from Audya via presonus firepod sound card and with cubase 5...it's just 3.5 mb..please download and lesson.

sometimes i changed balance(with cubase) from left to right and i changed drum sets for best hearing..

wich style are you used for that record...I suspect my Audya
work the same way like yours...

Yes i think it is all the audyas.It is the known problem of right/left voice.Aj all the soundcards has to be replaced?

is Audya 5 also same? or are we victims of Ketron..

You are right.we are victims of Ketron from begining,and pay allot for that!

Are you switching the pan from left to right, or is it supposed to be coming from both speakers ?

I just tried my Audya76 with some midifiles in stereo and they work fine, left and right with bass and drums from both sides.

Yes i switched left to right for hear the difference..

i used separete outs 1&2 but its same with stereo outs

Please send me the exact MIDIFILE you are using above to ketron_tech@yahoo.com.
Then send me (STEP BY STEP) exactly what you are doing to get these results (turn on AUDYA, press MIDI button to access Midifile Player. Press .... etc.

I'll try and figure out what's happening here.

with me is the same with all kind of audio and i have tested on audya 76 plus two audya 5

yes..same.. not only midi files ..all audio files, styles,even mp3s..and same for all outputs..
