Big problems in audya version 4.2B

It is always sometimes:

-micro volume does not sound on one of the sides
-init phase error turning on the keyboard and memory full errors
-when i call a registration the bass drum doesn't sound
-auto play on doesnt work,the midi stay in stopping state
-drum choking even in the internal styles

This is begining to sound like a faulty board (isolated) and needs to be checked.

Yes but it cames last week from the dealer because another problem "the fact that just hearing drums" .It is not admissible!!!!

Yes but right voice and others too. i was only listening the drum section but it was what happening on the first time.

Well for the second time my keyboard went to FC Musica(Portugal) to repair the problems i describe and like AJ said. In case the keyboard comes with the same problems how can i report this situation to ketron itself?

"Init phase error" - Have them check out HD and cable from HD to CPU board thoroughly!

Forward the following information to FC Musica (if they don't have it already) for Sound board issue(s).

* Press DISK
* Goto System and press ENTER (twice)
* Go to Factory and press ENTER
* Go to Sound and press ENTER.
* Select the first *.pcm file and press enter to load.
* When done, come back and select the first *snd file and press load.

This should reset your Sound card, otherwise they should simply have it replaced. You seem to be having issues with your Flash memory and I am not sure what enviromental factor is causing this.

Aj,i can see many *pcm files but there is no *snd file in Audya's HD

AJ why this keyboard that dealer gave me for replacement (while my audya is in FC MUSICA) has the same problem of micro and with the the same sound left / right problem??.

For twice I had to restart the keyboard because of left micro problem when changing registration (I think that is because I have registrations with different sets of micro). Does all sound cards of audyas must be replaced ??

Perhaps it's a common fault, why not take it back into the shop, plug it in and let the chaps in the shop see what is going on.

AJ i forward an email to FC MUSICA with the information you have posted but unfortunely without response.Today i went to take my keyboard from the shop and the keyboard is with the same problems.3 weeks and it seems that the board wans't replaced. My dealer says that not understand this sir Fernando Cardoso (FC MUSICA).What to do with this sir?How can i solve this situation??
