Hurry up Ketron and AJ!

Hi Everyone:

It's been a while since I've posted anything on SZ. I've had an unbelievable busy Season here in SW Florida. Playing 6 & 7 nights a week for the last six months straight.

My Audya continues to perform perfectly and I couldn't be happier about that!

Looking forward to Ketrons and AJ's upgrades. Always excited about NEW Styles, Sounds and Improvements!

I'll post a review after I've done the upgrades. Planning to purchase and install both Ketrons and AJ's.

Audya shuld be like today is, several years ago.Its not anaf only
update.Features must work.With every update we got new bugs,and this way Audya newer be complit instrumet.
And wnat I can say about new update? Nothing....

snd be happy that AJ is also doing one MASSIVE update,
which is not free,
but of course AJ deserves to be compensated
AJ's update is all about IMPROVEMENTS so you are not required to update.

Although, presumably, AJ uses the latest OS, I would like confirmation from AJ that the Ketron update is not necessary with his program.

I agree Bernie... makes me nervous thinking about putting all this new stuff in and messing something up. Not sure the difference between what Ketron is doing and what AJ is doing... but then I'm easily confused :-)

Musicmesse is far away and ketron stell weiting with update.AJ stell weiting to rellese hes work.Whay,and who weiting who????

Hello,i was at the messe in Frankfurt and talked with Ketron,the update is FAR FROM READY,to much problems,so we must wait,they said May,june,but we know,we must think in Ketron's,so hopefully for the summer vacation.
The waiting has began.

I dont see eny reason why Ketron participate on Musicmesse?What kinde of news they want to present?We just see new-old kayboard with buttons and with old bad Software inside.
If they haw Software problem that is nothing new and even new OS 4.2 would haw new bugs and problems....
End of this saga we can expect somewere in anather milenium.

I'm not worried re the upgrades, just don't undersatnd why Ketron have to dangle the carott all the time. I'd kinda hoped that for once a MusicMesse anouncemnet would have been a release of software, instead of the normal how long after will it take kind of thing.

Ketron Italy - you listening, why all the constant teasing and frustrating waiting?? Would be better if you announce new updates when they're ready and then release them within 1 or 2 weeks!!! This would also greatly enhance Ketron's reputation world wide and existing customers would be kept a lot happier.

The same old story every year after Musicmesse and seems to me like part of Italian folklore.Ketroners allways going in Germany with no finish stuf and just blafing there haw ewerything going just fine.Only bright person there is Robert Messier who working hard to save good image of Ketroners.

just release it when it's ready,

I think what we all hope maybe in vain, is that Ketron will stop playing us like rag dolls at the end of strings. And change the way they do buisness. We are genuinly interested in any thing they have to offer, it's just that when they offer they don't. Heard Robert at the Music Messe, but did we hear more than a couple of the new styles or sounds, no. Have they actually finished this OS update? are the pens ready to ship? how long will it be? so many questions and so little to go on. I love my Audya, and if this board was developed by either or any of the other manufacturers, i'm suere it would be a different story. Once again thier PR is terrible, and the customer experience is the worst i have ever known. A great product no doubt, but a long way to go.

Tony,I dont hurry no one include Ketron.Just can belive haw Ketron coustomers can be so patient,and Ketron know that...that mean Ketroners read SZ.
That allso mean:only one person with name Dusan somewere from Slovenija is bad guy who dont like as and blame all that time,ather great people around the world love as so much and we can do with them ewerything like we want!
