New Audya User - Any Styles out there?

New Audya User - Any Styles out there? - 12/13/10 12:54 PM

Just purchased an Audya5 76 key. It sounds fantastic and seems fairly straight forward to use and I used it on a gig last Saturday which was great. Is there any advice out there to steer me to more styles with good grooves - smooth jazz, funk and Latin?

additional great styles are hard to come by for this great keyboard

but if you need good portuguese, brasilian, african, then fcmusica has lots for sale,
but i think the only form of payment would be a bank transfer,
check em out...

Thanks, I went to the site and many of the styles were really good. I'll probably order the Brazilian disk. I'm a pretty good composer as well and am interested in creating some styles and any tips out there?

Carillon have some generic Ketron styles. I purchase some of them and modify it by adding/replacing Audio guitars or audio Drums from the Audya.

If you are adept at recording midifiles on the pc, that is the easiest way to create styles. Just record in C or Cm and use midirecord. As I posted in a previous post, These styles http://www.jewishbandman.com/audyademo.htm were recorded as midifiles on the PC, loaded on to the SD1 with midirecord, and the modified (live guitars)for the Audya with the Style Compiler. These songs are recorded with 16 measure styles with only one lead (live playing, not a midifile). Forgive the playing mistakes; I was trying to get used to the Audya when I recorded them. http://www.jewishbandman.com/audyademo.htm
