AUDYA - Complete Sound List

AUDYA - Complete Sound List - 11/10/10 12:41 PM

is it me or does the AUDYA manual NOT have a list of all the sounds (Presets, Programs etc)?

isn't this basic info that SHOULD be there?

also, it does not have any detailed midi implementation to trigger sounds from external keyboard. and I am needing to assign my favorite sounds to my AKAI controller

all i found was on pg.9 of 3.0 additional manual (something that should have been in main manual)

it says something like:
PRESET
Control Change 0 Value = 9,20,21,22
Program Change 0-127

am i to guess that maybe Tenor Sax is value 21, Program Change 119 ??

and what is "Value"? MSB? LSB?

can anyone please help?

i have emailed AJ and ketron.it,
and am patiently waiting for an answer...

thanks guys...

If you didn't get the voice list with your Audya you can download it here:

thanks so much

BUT, this only helps a little, and
as far as RH sounds,
it only lists the VOICE PRESETS, & GM
it does not have the PROGRAMS

and MOST IMPORTANTLY does not have midi implementation info for any of the sounds,

ie.
JAZZ_GUIT&SLIDE,
Control Change 0
Value=32
Program Change 97

there's gotta be an easier way, than to guess at this, or by trial and error

I'm afraid a lot of the programming that we do on the Audya is Trial and Error in my opinion. The manual is a joke and never explains the functions properly or more to the point it never explains the OPTIONS properly--and believe me there are a hell of a lot of options. There should be a you tube video or similar of all the functions.
