Does anyone know how to do a factory reset on the Audya 4?

Press SAVE (from the default screen) and press FACTORY START UP (F10).

AJ,

I don't think this is the command I need to restore the Audya 4. I believe presssing SAVE and then FACTORY START UP just sets how you want the module to start up as opposed to CUSTOM START UP! I want to completely restore the Audya back to its original condition; JUST LIKE IT CAME OUT OF THE BOX!

I've been told that I have to re-install the software. If that's the case, where do I get the software??

On the "ketron.it" website ver. 4.1b is available for download, however, it specifically states that this is not for Audya 4 and 5.

Please HELP!. What do I need to do?
