Ketron AJ, Please help me with this SD1 OS bug!...

Ketron AJ, or anyone who could please help me:

I have a little problem with my SD1. I already installed the last version of the OS some months ago, but I only noticed this problem 2 weeks ago.

I think it is a bug of the OS: When I load a registration (from the HD or even a block registration), the lowers (from the master volumes on the main screen of the SD1) doesn't change!! The "Lowers" value remains the same when I load any of the 200 registrations I've been using live.
It only recall mute on or mute off positions, and not any value, like it happens with "Drums", "Bass", "Right", etc...

What can I do to fix this??

Can anybody plase help me?

When you go to UTILITIES, PAGE 2/3 REGIST. MODE, make sure ARRANGER MODE IS set to ON.

I already verifyed that I have ARRANGER MODE set to on, but the problem I mentioned sill always happen.

Do you have any clue why is this happening? Could it be a O.S. bug??

When you go to the REGISTRATION MENU and set ARRANGER = ON, you might have to go within the ARRANGER MENU itself and turn all the individual features=ON. Is this done already?
