OK SD1 users ...........how is everyone using their SD1's ?

I use my SD1 for recording production and playing out every once in a while .
I also jam with some guys every now and than .


On my solo gigs I have to perform around 50 songs . 65% of the show are sequences and the rest is styles . I am going to use my hard disk recorder for original tunes .

I perform 4 nights a week, and have about 350 midi files, and do about 30 songs with styles.
Starting to get the hang of it now. My big project is learning how to record and link the audio files to the midi files so I can get some counterpoint going there.

I "gig", as you say, very often and play more than 150 songs with styles, usings only 4 midi files!

I hate using midi files! That's why I traded my roland VA3 (I could only use styles to get a "decent" sound") for the SD1

I gig about 4-8 times a month and use the SD1 for that. (I'm in IT-business)
Midi-files on stage ? NO WAY.

Once in a while I use a midifile for creating a karaoke-CD for friends.
(I gathered about 30,000 midi's the past years and I think that is a huge amount 2.6 Gb uncompressed!?)

I love my SD1..... and hope my 'love' will grow after OS4.0 ?
