AJ....SD1 with EXP does not work....help !!

I sent you couple emails, no answer, let's try here.
My friend Dennis Murphy sent you several months ago one of his SD1s, it was in great shape, ever since the EXP "works" erratic...midi files stop in random places, it does not follow a pattern. In style playing mode, also "works" questionable....it adds out of key notes...
Please help, I know you are a busy person, and so am I, I appreciate very much you reply, I feel responsable because I told Dennis about the EXP, and he only wants to get it back to Factory default.

AJ has just become a father so give him a break. He has plenty on his plate at the moment without checking in on the forum or email. I'm sure as soon as his personal pressures ease up he'll respond to you regarding your problems.

By the way AJ, congratulations from us all. Please let your wife know we are thinking about you all .... all three of you

At last ... some time to get back to synthzone q&a.

The EXP doesn't alter the OS in anyway and can't cause a malfunction in the OS. Since the modifications are DISK related loading/unloading of files (if the installation is not done properly) could be an issue, but can be fixed through a RESET.

Advise your customer/friend to re-install OS 4.0c from the website (www.ketron.it) and this should fix any strange behaviour of his SD1 Plus EXP.

if your friend do a complete reinstallation of OS 4.0b or c, please inform me about
if the style "PIANOBAL" in 8Beat group play the endings and break correctly.
Mine does not! Not even after reinstalled several ways, as i.e. redownload the files
and transfer into kb by use of the FT software. Whatever method described in upgrade-
manual, don't fix that issue.
This is as irritating that it's just before the SD1 goes out of the window, and that
without open it first!!
Problem described HERE too.

Hi again,

today I got e-mail from Ketron Italy with a single file to load.
This repaired the problem nice and easy without any further
action than load the file!
Great, and my window is still unbroken.
