NEED XD9 HELP

BEING A NEW OWNER OF A USED XD9 I AM A LITTLE CONFUSED ABOUT USING WHAT IS STORED ON MY HARD DRIVE. I HAVE 13FOLDERS.IAM LOOKING AT THE FOLDERS WINDOW. I CURSOR TO A FOLDER WITH - & + CURSOR BUTTONS.NOW HERE IS WHERE IT GETS CONFUSING . WHAT DO I HIT NEXT? THE COPY OR THE REPORT BUTTON? IF I HIT COPY THE FOLDER OPENS UP AND I SEE ALL THE CONTENTS OF THE FOLDER.AGAIN I CURSOR TO A STYLE AND HIT SELECT. NOW WHAT? I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT BECAUSE NOTHING HAPPENS.

When you are in the Folders window, you can only select and COPY items from one folder to another.

To access the actual files in the folder, Press DISK, press -PAGE+ to select HD. The contents of the current folder will be diplayed. To change to another folder, use the STYLE buttons (0-9)eg 01 for FOLDER 1, 03 for FOLDER 3 etc ... Then use the associated functions buttons eg LOAD to use the files displayed.
