Please help - Control X4 accompaniment via Midi keyboard

Can someone out there please help me. I need to control my Ketron X4 via a midi controller keyboard.
I have made all the right connections and can play the voices but here is the problem.

When I hit start the drums begin but I fail to trigger off the auto accompaniment with my keyboard, only the Piano sounds.

Do I need to set up a dedicated midi channel if so ..how is it done PLEASE HELP

The Manual doesn't seem to go into this kind of thing.

I remember that you have to go to the MIDI page and use one of the different midi setups.

Try pressing F6, Then F1, Then F10,
Scroll through the different midi set-ups and choose the one that works best for you--probably Master-keyboard. I dont have my unit here right now , so i hope this is correct, If not let me know ---Good Luck
