"Illegal Format!" on my XV-5080

Please help, someone!

After a week of tweaking with my ORB 2.2GB together with the XV, I get panic.
I load a couple of Piano Volumes into the XV from The Ultimate Piano Collection (Roland Format). Saving them in a new folder in the ORB.
When Im trying to load them FROM the ORB, Illegal Format! is coming up.
Trying to load a single Patch, then SOME work and SOME DON'T!

What am I doing wrong? This is not what I expected when I was thinking about Media Storage. Was planning on using this LIVE, but not with this mess.

Please, tell me there IS a solution to my problem.

Dont waste your time here with this one, call Roland in your neck of the woods right now. This thing is just too expensive not too get proper support and workmanship. By the way, I have a XV 3080 and love it!

I use a ZIP drive and it works fine. I don't know what you are doing wrong but all I can think of is that the file extension is either missing or is wrong, what is the file extension supposed to be? Perhaps the Orb drive is screwing something up?
