footswitch=PROG-UP on a JV?

footswitch=PROG-UP on a JV? - 08/06/02 12:02 PM

I want to use the ep-7 digital piano as a controller for a JV1080 or JV2080, and I want the soft pedal to send the message PROG-UP, or advance to the next patch. Does anyone know how to do this?

FYI to anyone interested - I will apparently be able to solve this problem with a MidiSolutions footswitch controller.
