JV-1080 problems

Can any one tell me whey my JV-1080 in the upper ranges of my keyboard, is not playing all the patched associated with a sound.
i.e. The Piano/String sound is only playing the Strings in the upper area of my keyboard after a system init.

You can try checking the key range for the patch you are having problems with. The key range can be set from the 6th page down of the COMMON section/parameters. Make sure you have the Piano tone selected when you go to set the key range. Set Lower to C-1 and Upper to G9.
