XP10 Split/Transpose

I've split my keyboard but want to shift one of my sounds up a few octaves. Anybody know how to do this?

Also, how can I reduce the key sensitivity?

Anyone know here I can get a manual for the XP10 (apart from sending money to Roland that is)?
