MC-505

The situation is i have two identical patterns with a string sound that plays and fades on the same part (or track) for both patterns. When the next pattern is played it turns off all the notes to play the next pattern, why? (I've reserved 16 voices for the part I'm using and I've tried it with both loop rest on and off, thats NOT the problem)
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

I'm only going to be able to extrapolate from my experience with the 303, and pattern pased sequencers in general seeing as I don't (yet) own a 505.

This may sound silly, but I think the reason it turns off those notes is DUE to the fact that you're moving on to the next pattern.... the pattern that is being turned off is no longer being played.

Then again.. I may be wrong.
