How many ROM cards were made for the D-50? I currently have 6 (00,01,02,03,256, & Crystal Voices) how many more are there and where can I find them?

I think that there where a 04 as well. Roland Scandinavia had them a while back

There are also other 3rd party cards out there, such as Sound Source, and Bo Tomlyn had a set as well.
