Oberheim Cyclone and MIDI Channels Problem

Hello,

I have just tried out the Cyclone amd like it. I even have written a Editor for the Cyclone, but I have a big problem now.
I will give you an example.

- Set the MIDI Channel for Keyboardzone1 to 2
- Set the MIDI Channel for Keyboardzone2 to 3
- Change Programm (e.g. 17 to 18) and activate.
- Change Programm back (e.g. 18 to 17) and activate.
- Now the channel for Keyboradzone1 is "bc" and the Channel for Keyboardzone2 is "of".

Is this a general problem of Cyclone? Is there any workaround?

Can you help me?
