My first Moog Instrument - 12/27/14 03:55 AM

So my first Moog instrument is the Etherwave Theremin. That my mom bought for me, for Christmas. I never really thought I would get one. I just put it down as a joke. Actually, I thought I was getting the Theremini, but mom decided instead that I should a regular Theremin. I guess she was not impressed with the Theremini. I guess, because it's in a Plastic Case, instead of wood?

That's great Paul. Are you having fun with it? And your mom has great taste, wood is so much more organic for a musical instrument than plastic. Even though it doesn't make a difference to the sound it gives it so much more character. Tell her I think she made the right choice.

I am Nigel, thank you. I can get the technique down. It's just trying to play music is hard.

it's too bad, more synths aren't built into wood cases.
