switching Triton patches

Just bought a pre-owned Triton 61 key Workstation/Sampler. I Love It!

I'm using it for live performance at Church.
How can I smoothly switch between patches (combinations or programs)?

Our other keyboard is a Roland and you can sustain a sound (with the pedal) and change the patch without a break in the sound.

I didn't get a manual (I did download a .pdf but didn't want to print that many pages),
And can't fine what I'm looking for on the computer/internet.

You can only smoothly switch between programs, not between combis or when switching from program to combi.
