01WFD Midi Transfer

have an 01/W FD and have yet to upgrade my rom, so i cant read .mid files from floppy disk.
How can i Transfer the ENTIRE Midi file to the synth (not play from my computer) and then save it to diskette.

I really appreciate any help...
