Korg Wavestation LCD display BAD!

The LCD in my Wavestation has given up the ghost. It comes on very dim at startup and then dies to nothing.

Where can I get a new one at a good price - I'm fairly competent at simple repairs.

I really have no idea about this but could it be the battery?
