PLS HELP!! POLY61 has no sound, only "clicks"

I was just shipped a Poly61, everything lights up ok, but no sound except for keyclicks and arpeggiator clock clicks... Was AOK when shipped. Any common problems I should know about? Maybe a loose board? Please cc response to whiteflite@aol.com if you have any ideas.
