Hello All,
I have decided to do something about the lack of third party material with regards to PCM cards, for the 01/W. I am quite sure it is possible to make your own cards with the right equipment. I have figured out a few things but I am still a little unsure about the file format Korg use to store the information on the cards. I need to know stuff like....
Are the multisounds 8 or 16 bit samples?
How does to store the length of the sample?
How does it know where to loop the sounds?
How does it allocate drum sounds to different keys?
How many multisounds can a card store?
How much memory does a PCM card have to be?
If anyone can supply any information, however insignificant it may seem, I would be most grateful.
