NS5R and Master Tracks Sequencing

Does anyone have the ns5r instrument definitions for the master tracks pro sequencing software? I was previously using cakewalk pro audio but a friend turned me on to master tracks as it is much more user friendly. However, when I try to make patch changes in master tracks it still reverts back to the general midi sounds. Please help!!!
