Yes. I think it's supposed to be 3 GB.

does the os have a limit? or could somone slap in a lot bigger sized drve 40/50 gig or so as they are not expensive nowdays

I was told that by the end of the year Generalmusic will have an operating system that will support as large as a 20 GB hard drive.

The genesys PRO hard drive is limited by the O.S. .
