Applying OS Update

I have recently purchased the Genesys Ensemble and would like to apply the latest OS patch.

But how do I apply the latest OS update which is only 1 file with a .ZOX extension.

I've tried loading it from CD doing the update procedure but that didn't work.

Should I just copy this file somewhere on the hard disk first then load it into ram.

The latest operating system for the Genesys Ensemble is version 1.03 and the full O/S is 154MB in size. I would suggest contacting the store in which you purchased the instrument and asking them to send you an O/S CD. Then again, what makes you think your instrument isn't already running version 1.03?
