Evolution MK161 Manual needed by newbie

If you read my other thread you will know I am a complete newbie...well I recieved my Evolution MK161 in the post today and guess what...No manual or software !!!...argh

Please PLease Please does anyone know where I can buy/beg/borrow/steal or download the manual.
